When I began communicating with Spirit I would ask them over and over, "What do you want
me to do right now. What do you want me to learn right now." Politely they would say "We want you to love yourself." Again
and again they would say only that, "We want you to love yourself." This statement would puzzle me for many years...."Love
myself, I do...Don't I?" "Maybe I don't." "I want to, but maybe I don't know how." So I began to learn. This little
