Friends! We are happy to announce a series of workshops and events that are designed specifically for your self-empowerment
and personal growth. Below you will find a schedule of events with a short description of each class including specific
dates, times, and prices. Attend as few or as many as you like, but be prepared....these workshops WILL change your life!
Most workshops meet on Tuesday nights; however, for convince we have taken some of the workshops and either shortened or condensed
then into half or full day stand alone workshops to be held on Mondays. To learn more about any of the workshops listed

Stress Management & Saying YES! | AUGUST/2008
Aug 5-Sept 9- For Women Only, Reducing Stress is an Inside Job, Join
other women in this 6 week workshop to learn the techniques and strategies YOU need to live a more balanced and joyful life!
We meet from 6:30-9pm, Cost $25 per week paid with a $50 deposit and $50 at Week 1 and $50 at week 2. Aug
18 & 21 - Say Yes! to Your Dreams, Join
us for this 2 day life changing workshop and learn how to easily and effortlessly achieve your dreams! We all have goals
and dreams, while some seem easy to attain, others are more elusive. If there is some area of your life where you desire
a breakthrough, we invite you to this powerful workshop. 9:30am-5pm, cost $50 Deposit then $75 at day 1 and $75 at day 2.
Includes a growth book and light lunch both days. All workshops require a RSVP and a deposit
to hold your space. Registration

23-Oct 21 - Ordering from the Cosmic Kitchen, Imagine that the Universe
is like a Cosmic Kitchen with an Infinite Menu, just waiting to take and fulfill your orders. In this 5 week workshop, you'll
learn how to effectively place YOUR orders with the Cosmic Kitchen and use the Law of Attraction to create what you want in
your life! Workshop includes a copy of the book Ordering From the Cosmic Kitchen, by Dr. Patricia Crane, Cost $25 per week
paid as $50 deposit, and $50 week 1 and $25 at week 2. All workshops require a RSVP and a deposit
